AnalystHero – Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Lamayuru Consulting (trading as AnalystHero) operates a news-aggregation and AI-summarisation platform located at analysthero.com and its sub-domains (the "Service"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding contract between Lamayuru Consulting ("we", "our", "us") and each end user ("you", "your") who accesses, browses, or registers an account.

2. Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing the Service you: (a) confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally competent; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; and (c) consent to our separately published Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

3. Scope of the Service

1. Aggregation only. We ingest headlines and short excerpts under fair-dealing from licensed partners, public RSS feeds, and official filings. We do not scrape content in violation of our partners' terms.
2. AI summaries. Our algorithms generate concise synopses and metadata. These are automatically created, may contain errors, and should be verified with the linked source.
3. No fiduciary duty. We do not provide research reports, portfolio management, execution, or brokerage services.

4. User Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us and our licensors.

4.1 Prohibited Uses

You shall not:

• scrape, spider, harvest, or download content beyond what the Service intentionally provides (e.g., public API endpoints);
• circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls;
• copy, distribute, sell, or exploit content except as permitted by fair-dealing;
• use the Service to develop a competing product or service;
• upload or transmit malware, spam, or unlawful material;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with AnalystHero.

5. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify contact@analysthero.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

6. Intellectual-Property Rights

1. Third-party content. Copyright and other IP rights in source articles remain with the original publishers. AnalystHero displays only headlines, thumbnails, and excerpts under statutory fair-dealing or specific licences.
2. Our content. All software, AI-generated summaries, compilation, design, and trademarks are © 2025 Lamayuru Consulting. You may reproduce our summaries verbatim only if you (a) attribute "AnalystHero" and (b) link back to the relevant page.
3. User submissions. If you post comments or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and redistribute that content within the Service.

7. No Investment Advice; No Warranty

1. Informational only. All information is provided "as-is" for general information. It does not constitute advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial product.
2. No guarantee. We make no representations regarding accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any content. Market data may be delayed or wrong.
3. Your risk. You agree that any reliance on the information is at your sole risk. Consult a qualified financial adviser before acting.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lamayuru Consulting, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages—including trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption—arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed INR 10,000 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is lower.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lamayuru Consulting and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Service; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to external websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or accuracy and assume no liability for any loss arising from their use.

11. Modifications to the Service & Terms

We may alter, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may amend these Terms; registered users will receive at least 7 days' email notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Upon termination, Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, and 14 survive.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, have exclusive jurisdiction. You agree to first attempt an amicable resolution; unresolved disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration seated in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, conducted in English.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
